It's a Good Day to Be a Mom

This morning I was reading a parenting book and Vivi asked what I was reading.  I said “A book about how to be a better mommy for you.”  And she replied “But Mommy, you already a really good mommy for me!”

That was pretty much enough to melt my heart and make me want to buy her every single thing on her birthday/Christmas list. 

Later that morning, she presented this picture to me and said "Mommy, I painted you this picture for your far away office."
