Standing and Farm Animals

G. takes every possible opportunity to pull herself up to standing and can even stand unsupported for a few seconds. Consequently, we've had to take our child-proofing efforts up another level. She especially likes the coffee table.

 

Since it's basically a metal-and-glass-baby-assault-weapon, we had to engage in serious counter-measures to make it cuddly and baby-friendly. I'm happy to report that she's fallen hard against the legs a couple of times and her over-sized head just bounces right off.

 

We've taken her to a little public farm to see the animals a few times, but in the past she has been more interested in staring at the fence post than looking at the animals. This time the animals captured her attention but she became quite annoyed when they kept eating her celery.

 

 

G came home from our family vacation last month with a whole new wardrobe. Thanks for sharing your clothes, cousin Lizzie!
